Alignerr in a remote setup seeks experienced econometrics instructors to shape how AI understands statistical methods, causal inference, and economic modeling. The role offers an hourly contract with 10–40 hours/week.

You will review econometric questions, assess accuracy and assumptions, identify errors in AI-generated content, and provide clear feedback to improve model reasoning and pedagogy. Remote work available.

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching econometrics or quantitative economics at a college or university level
• Strong command of regression analysis, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and statistical methods
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate quantitative reasoning, including common misconceptions
• Comfortable reviewing structured, technical content with attention to detail and precision
• Self‑directed and reliable when working independently on task‑based assignments

Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Proficiency with statistical tools such as R, Stata, or Python
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation workflows or data annotation platforms
• Experience writing or reviewing textbook-level explanations of quantitative methods
