Job summary

Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to drive the technical design and delivery of business applications in the insurance sector, blending hands-on development with solution architecture and technical leadership. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to build and integrate solutions with clients' ERP, intranet, and other enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expert in Microsoft Power Platform, esp. Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience delivering integrations through Azure.
• Experience leading technical teams while delivering hands-on.
• Strong architecture, deployment, and security knowledge.
• Ability to lead refinement sessions and translate requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into actionable technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Lead form development using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Provide hands-on development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other systems through Azure.
• Establish development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Review solution designs and code, resolve technical issues, and guide the engineering team.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
• Lead the onboarding and ramp-up of additional team members.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Lead initial requirements refinement, solution alignment, technical planning, and backlog preparation.
• Establish a strong technical foundation while maintaining delivery momentum.
