Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant (Level 1) to join a Malta-based project. The role involves hybrid work, full-time permanent employment, and a relocation package with visa support.

Expect engagement across end-to-end D365FO implementations, strong client management, and collaboration with a global MS Gold Partner. Required are 3+ years in consultancy or one full end-to-end implementation, Microsoft Dynamics Finance certifications, and excellent

• Degree level education required and Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
• Experience in consultancy or end-to-end D365FO implementations
• Strong MS Office skills and communication abilities
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and project life cycle

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements with onsite teams, finalize deliverables
• Ensure quality delivery and conduct system/functional testing
• Lead or assist in gap/fit analysis and documentation
• Deliver end-user training and provide on-site support during go-live
• Participate in RFP/RFQ responses when needed
• Contribute to practice development and new delivery approaches
• Protect client information and maintain professional conduct
