Black Pen Recruitment is recruiting a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solutions Architect for a leading Big 4 firm in Malta. You will lead end-to-end D365FO implementations, manage onshore/offshore teams, and contribute to presales and proposals. Role is full-time, hybrid in Sliema, with visa and relocation package included.

Requires 12+ years’ D365FO/AX experience, strong leadership, and finance knowledge. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years’ of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience in leading a team of minimum of 10 members.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience of large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong ability to communicate with C-suite and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions following best practices.
• Own the Finance/SCM work stream and review/produce solution documentation.
• Lead and mentor a group of consultants with varied expertise.
• Gather requirements and perform gap/fit analyses for the workstream.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and conduct user training when required.
