Los Poblanos LP in New Mexico seeks a Bartender/Server for our tasting rooms in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. You will greet guests, explain beverage histories, prepare and serve drinks, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, organized tasting space. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced setting.

This role is Full or Part-time, non-exempt; Serve Safe and Alcohol Server’s Permit are preferred. Spanish is a plus; weekends/holidays may be required.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or bar.
• Completion of Serve Safe certification.
• Valid Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Professional appearance and teamwork attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and acknowledge service needs according to standards.
• Explain tasting room beverages and history to guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food with timely service.
• Handle transactions and maintain a clean tasting room.
• Work as part of a retail/tasting room team and assist with openings/closings.
