KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, plan and manage the entire creative process with a heavy focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response campaigns.

You will lead a fast-moving, data-driven team, run a current AI stack in production, deliver volume and quality in the same week, and work remotely with founders to scale the brand to multi‑million revenues.

Formación

• 3+ years of direct response creative experience for DTC brands or agencies.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for short and long form with measurable results.
• Experience briefing creatives and delivering high volume weekly while maintaining quality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop VSL briefs end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Collaborate with editors and performance marketers on testing and optimization.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
