LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered Advancement Officer (part-time) to cultivate donor opportunities and manage a donor pipeline. The role requires strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and a mature faith.

The ideal candidate participates actively in a local church aligned with our beliefs and can work under the direction of the program director. The position focuses on donor cultivation, reporting, strategy development and event planning, with a mission-driven

Formación

• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Leadership experience in professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience in a fundraising position or related field (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as LifeWise ambassador, introducing LifeWise Academy and cultivating interest
• Effectively communicate the vision, mission and priorities of LifeWise to prospective donors
• Oversee a portfolio of donors and prospects, meeting regularly with prospects, ambassadors and donors
• Maintain donor records in LifeWise CRM and update constituent records
• Provide regular reporting of major gift progress to program director and leadership board
• Develop strategies to renew and upgrade donor gifts
• Plan and execute fundraising events and follow up with donors in a timely manner
