You will shape target architectures, guide discovery and implementation activities, and partner with account teams to grow impact with EPAM. Senior leadership expectations include governance, roadmap development, and cross-domain alignment.

Formación

• 7+ years of SAP solution architecture experience across pre-sale and implementation.
• Proven leadership in architecture governance and cross-domain alignment.
• Strong requirements engineering and analytical skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance across client engagements.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, process change, organizational change.
• Assess current client solutions and identify SAP opportunities.
• Define SAP functional requirements and blueprint alignment.
• Own architecture governance and ensure SAP domain consistency.
• Lead target architecture and client roadmaps for SAP solutions.
• Support account planning and client vision development.
• Partner with engagement teams across the client lifecycle.
• Introduce innovation topics addressing client needs.
• Track SAP portfolio updates and translate to actionable roadmaps.
• Estimate effort for process redesign, improvements, and SAP configuration.
