You will blend strong design fundamentals with AI, motion, photography, and digital production to elevate everyday content across brands, collaborating with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Producers, and other designers.

Formación

• 4+ years of design or art direction experience.
• Strong portfolio with social content and digital design.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable with AI creative tools as part of the design process.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce social-first content across multiple brands and platforms.

We're looking for a Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about crafting premium visual content, not traditional advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with a maker mindset, using AI, motion, photography, and digital production techniques to elevate everyday content.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce social-first content across multiple brands and platforms.
• Create premium static, motion, and digital assets for always-on content programs.
• Translate existing campaign ideas into engaging social executions.
• Develop visual concepts for content series, product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural opportunities.
• Build presentations, mockups, storyboards, and production-ready creative.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Producers, Strategists, and Designers.
• Work with AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation and production.
• Generate and refine imagery using platforms such as Adobe Firefly or similar tools.
• Partner with retouchers, motion designers, editors, and 3D artists when projects require specialized execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines while pushing creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed, organization, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in design or art direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social content, digital design, product-focused creative, and content systems.
• Exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of content production workflows.
• Comfortable working with AI creative tools as part of the design process.
• Experience creating mockups, key visuals, product compositions, and presentation materials.
• Ability to move seamlessly between concepting and hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
