Impulso Media is a fast-growing performance marketing and creative agency. We are expanding our creative team with a graphic designer who excels in craft and can work across paid social, web, email, and print.

Motion or animation is a plus, but strong design fundamentals are essential. You will translate briefs into on-brand visuals, develop concepts, and deliver polished layouts in Creative Suite, with optional motion elements where relevant.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in agency or in-house roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong typographic sense, colour theory knowledge, and composition skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a modern design workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal English with North American team.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly as priorities shift.

Responsabilidades

• Develop concepts and mood boards, then execute polished layouts in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bring motion or animated elements into projects where it's a fit, if that's part of your skill set.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, asset generation, and iteration; stay current on new AI design tools.
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to keep creative cohesive across channels.

Impulso Media is a fast-growing performance marketing and creative agency working with e-commerce and DTC brands across North America. We're expanding our creative team and looking for a genuinely strong Graphic Designer, someone with a sharp eye, solid fundamentals, and the range to work across paid social, web, email, and print. Motion or animation experience is a big plus, but what matters most is that you're excellent at the craft of graphic design.

What You'll Do

Concept & Design

• Translate marketing briefs into on-brand, high-performing visuals for paid social, web banners, email, and print collateral
• Develop concepts and mood boards, then execute polished layouts in Adobe Creative Suite
• Bring motion or animated elements into projects where it's a fit, if that's part of your skill set

AI-Assisted Workflow

• Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day design process to speed up ideation, asset generation, and iteration
• Stay current on new AI design tools and bring suggestions back to the team
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to keep creative cohesive across every channel
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on tight deadlines without losing quality

Brand Stewardship

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across every client account; flag and propose updates as needed
• Stay current on design trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house), with a strong portfolio to back it up
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong typographic sense, colour theory knowledge, and composition skills
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a modern design workflow
• Strong written and verbal English; you'll be communicating directly with a North American team and clients
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly as priorities shift

Nice-to-Haves

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or equivalent)
• Video editing experience
• Familiarity with digital-ad specs (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and email-marketing templates
• Comfortable giving and receiving clear, constructive feedback
• Self-motivated, proactive, and genuinely curious about what makes creative convert, not just look good
