As a Business Development Director, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of strategic and commercially impactful advice to customers across the energy, resources and chemicals sectors. You will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, shaping and executing complex execution strategies, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Strategic Growth & Market Development
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
10 to 15 years of experience in business development within EPC or related engineering industries.
Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and managing complex negotiations.
Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and commercial frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
