Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead multiple client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and the PMO to deliver on-time, on-budget campaigns. The role emphasizes high‑quality deliverables, clear communication with clients, and proactive risk management.

You will work closely with account teams, manage expectations, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana) and various communication channels.
• Create and execute deliverable plans, and revise as appropriate to meet continuously changing needs and requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of deliverable management: scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communication to stakeholders’ fullest satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders.
