AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to maintain production and staging environments, perform migrations, and enhance cloud infrastructure reliability and automation. You will contribute to CI/CD processes, incident response, and on-call rotations while improving observability and IaC.

You should have 2+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS EKS and Kubernetes experience, and a solid GitOps background. Weekend migrations may be required and collaboration across teams is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or production operations.
• Proven AWS EKS production experience.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
• GitOps experience and solid Git fundamentals.
• Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations required.
• Monitor and support production and staging environments in real time.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with SLAs.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests from product and support teams.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, dashboards, logs, and observability signals.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce operational toil.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and IaC practices.
