AgileEngine seeks a DevOps Engineer to maintain production and staging environments, migrate applications, and enhance cloud infrastructure reliability. You will support CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation across Kubernetes-based workloads.

The role requires weekend availability for migrations, strong English communication, and experience with SaaS production systems. Join a people-first team delivering award-winning software and scalable architectures.

Formación

2+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Production Operations.
Demonstrable AWS EKS experience supporting production environments.
Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative engineering environments.
Kubernetes experience (EKS, kOps, or similar).
Observability stack experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty, or similar).
Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or Go).
IaC experience (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
Relational databases knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Comfortable with structured processes and SLAs.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-driven with a growth mindset.
Weekend availability for migrations when needed.

Responsabilidades

Migrate applications between environments; migrations typically take place on weekends.
Monitor and support production and staging environments in real time.
Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis.
Participate in an on-call rotation with defined SLAs.
Handle ad-hoc operational requests from Product, Support, and internal teams.
Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerts, dashboards, logs, and metrics.
Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows.
Contribute to automation to reduce operational toil.
Maintain and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
Support Infrastructure as Code practices and ongoing improvements.
