InvestorFlow, a cloud-native platform for deal flow and investor services, is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer in Argentina. You will contribute to enterprise-scale infrastructure, automate pipelines, and enhance reliability, security, and scalability across multi-cloud environments.

Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will implement IaC with Terraform, build CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, deploy containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes, and participate in incident response

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, IaC, or related fields.
• Advanced Terraform and IaC principles with module development.
• Designing complex CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, and multi-cloud deployments.
• Kubernetes clusters management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices.

As a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to larger, more complex infrastructure and automation initiatives while working closely with senior engineers. Reporting to the Technical Lead of DevOps, you will independently handle complex technical tasks and contribute to cross-team projects that impact multiple systems.

You Will:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for enterprise-scale projects


• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for multiple teams and complex workflows


• Contribute to DevOps culture by implementing best practices and sharing knowledge across teams


• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using Grafana and related tools


• Contribute to cloud infrastructure optimization initiatives across multiple environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)


• Implement security scanning, compliance checks, and vulnerability management within CI/CD pipelines


• Deploy and manage complex containerized application deployments using Docker & Kubernetes at scale


• Implement advanced deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, Hot/Cold) for production applications


• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions and technical design reviews


• Participate in incident response efforts and contribute to post-mortem analysis for platform issues

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or software development


• Advanced expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles, including module development and state management


• Proven experience designing complex CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps


• Strong proficiency in multiple scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)


• Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, multi-cloud experience valued)


• Production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and troubleshooting


• Demonstrated ability to implement advanced deployment strategies and rollback mechanisms


• Experience with infrastructure security, compliance frameworks, and DevSecOps practices


• Strong architectural thinking and ability to design solutions for scale


• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence technical decisions


• Proven track record of contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives
