Allegro is seeking a Device Modeling Technician to drive hands-on evaluation and characterization of semiconductor components at package and wafer levels. You will define measurement setups, run tests, and post-process data to reveal key trends for high-performance BCD technologies.

Formación

• Technician degree or current enrollment in Electronic Engineering studies.
• 2+ years of industry experience in a laboratory or semiconductor environment.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong familiarity with basic laboratory instrumentation (DMM, oscilloscopes, signal generators).
• Ability to decipher schematics, drawings, and technical diagrams.
• Advanced professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) to support global collaboration.
• A "One Allegro" collaborator who is equally comfortable working independently or in a high-energy R&D team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct hands-on evaluation and characterization of semiconductor components at package and wafer levels.
• Define and refine measurement setups to capture high-fidelity data.
• Run measurements, collect raw results, and perform data post-processing and interpretation.
• Drive operational excellence by scripting test systems (using Python) to automate setups and improve laboratory throughput.
• Produce clear, comprehensive documentation of results and present intermediate findings to peer engineering teams.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, manage calibration schedules, and troubleshoot measurement hardware or software issues.
• Coordinate wafer handling, shipments, and participate in lab audits to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
