Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Delivery Manager with strong AI knowledge to lead major projects and align outcomes with company objectives. You will bridge internal teams and external partners, set milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality across delivery timelines.

The role spans digital project management, solution architecture, and client relationship-building, with a focus on coordinating cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving priorities in a dynamic, innovation-driven culture.

Qualifications

• No less than five years of relevant experience within a technical engineering field.
• At least two years of experience in roles such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner.
• Documented success leading projects that include teams of five or more full-time personnel.
• Extensive expertise in solution architecture combined with applied skill in Agentic AI.
• Functional Python scripting ability paired with a foundational grasp of core AI technologies
• Diverse background spanning both Project Management and Delivery Management across a range of project types
• Concentrated experience specifically in Digital Project Management environments
• Understanding of Delivery Management as it relates to cloud platforms and supporting infrastructure
• Background in Digital Marketing Project Management, aiding in the execution of marketing campaigns
• Strong English proficiency, reaching a minimum of B2 level
• Nice to have: Certification associated with the Product Manager role

Responsibilities

• Take projects from their earliest stages through final delivery, ensuring outcomes tie back to wider company targets
• Operate as the main point of contact bridging internal personnel with outside partners during project timelines
• Contribute to shaping planning structures by setting practical deadlines, critical milestones, and thoughtful resource assignments
• Keep close watch over several active projects at the same time, identifying risks early and addressing them swiftly
• Arrange regular status meetings and convey relevant updates to executives and other key audiences
• Develop and preserve strong client connections to stay current on shifting priorities and anticipated deliverables
• Guide multidisciplinary teams, cultivating an atmosphere where accountability and ownership are collectively embraced
• Revise project scope, financial constraints, and scheduling frameworks whenever changing conditions demand it
• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance existing processes and bring more effective approaches into project work
• Help team members work through challenges and clear away anything obstructing their productivity
• Enforce consistent quality controls throughout each stage of the delivery timeline
• Play a part in shaping team structure and staffing decisions based on what each project calls for
