Job summary

Werben HR in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to own end-to-end value stream delivery across multiple teams and countries. You will partner with Product Management to optimize scope, manage dependencies, and ensure production-ready capabilities.

You will drive risk management, coordinate with cross-country stakeholders, and lead planning readiness and demos to improve delivery predictability in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Job description

The Delivery Lead owns end-to-end delivery accountability for one or more value streams. This is a delivery leadership role for someone who takes personal accountability for whether the value stream delivers its committed outcomes each increment.You will work directly with the product team to drive scope and priority tradeoffs, manage cross-team and cross-country dependencies, and ensure that platform commitments translate into shipped, production-ready capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery OwnershipOwn end-to-end delivery of value stream commitments from planning through production release
• Hold joint accountability with Product Management for what gets delivered, when, and to what quality standard
• Make scope and priority tradeoff decisions in partnership with the product team
• Maintain a clear, current picture of delivery status, risks, and confidence levels — no surprises to program leadership
• Cross-Team and Cross-Country CoordinationManage dependencies between various teams, and shared services (API/Cloud enablement/Infrastructure/Change Management)Coordinate sequencing with regional & country stakeholders including IT and business alignment touchpointsAlign delivery resources to value stream commitments and track progress against those commitments
• Risk and Dependency ManagementProactively identify delivery risks — technical, dependency, resourcing, or stakeholder — and drive mitigation before they become blockersEscalate with clear options and recommendations, not just issue descriptions
• Stakeholder AlignmentServe as the primary delivery interface for country IT and business stakeholders on program execution questionsProvide transparent, concise delivery updates to the program leadershipPartner with Solution & Technical Leads to ensure architecture decisions align with delivery sequencing
• Delivery GovernanceLead or co-facilitate planning readiness, cross-value-stream coordination, and System Demos for the value streamTrack and improve feature delivery predictability, feature cycle time, and dependency resolution velocityDrive continuous improvement through retrospective actions that actually close

Required Experience

• 7+ years in software delivery, program management, or agile leadership — with at least 3 years in a role owning delivery outcomes (not just process)
• 3+ years in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments — operating at the ART or value stream level, not just team level
• Demonstrated experience delivering multi-country or multi-tenant digital products in complex enterprise environments
• Experience working with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred) and modern microservices delivery — enough technical fluency to have credible conversations with engineers and architects
• Experience coordinating delivery with multiple external teams and partners
• Exposure to digital health, insurance, or regulated industry platforms is a strong plus
