Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery to lead high-value digital campaigns and projects across media engagements. You will work cross-functionally to translate strategy into high-quality, on-time delivery, acting as the main liaison between internal teams and clients while upholding process efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of digital project or program management experience.
• Experience managing $1M+ budgets end-to-end.
• Proven media agency experience with English-speaking accounts.
• Strong client-facing stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing and analytics.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Proficient in Jira, Trello, and G Suite; adaptable to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized to large digital campaigns with budgets typically $500K–$1M+.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery on time, on brief, within budget.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor estimates, actuals, ETC, and EAC; manage finances.
• Proactively resolve issues and manage blockers.
• Streamline workflows and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate to evolve delivery processes and templates.
• Support new tools and practices for efficiency and collaboration.
• Champion documentation, QA, and project standards.
• Be a key client contact for day-to-day delivery needs.
• Prepare agendas, run meetings, document decisions and next steps.
• Build strong cross-department relationships for smooth work flow.
• Mentor junior PMs and share best practices.
• Contribute to delivery improvement discussions and enablement.
