PwC Argentina seeks an experienced DDI administrator to support enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM in a global environment. You will manage records, scopes and configurations while ensuring service reliability and security.

You will monitor incidents, perform RCA, support migrations to global platforms and contribute to documentation and 24x7 operations when required. Strong Windows/Linux experience and hands‑on troubleshooting are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years supporting Enterprise DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM).
  • Hands-on DNS/DHCP administration and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation, and related config changes.
  • Strong IP networking understanding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Windows and Linux server environments experience.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Ability to perform RCA for critical incidents.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting DDI infrastructure.
  • Manage DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation, and configurations.
  • Support DDI modernization and migrations to global platforms.
  • Perform system administration, patching, upgrades across DDI environments.
  • Use monitoring tools to ensure service health and SLA compliance.
  • Conduct RCA and support problem management for critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement DNS/DHCP changes and initiatives.
  • Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and 24x7 operations as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services within a global environment.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting DDI infrastructure and related network services.
  • Manage DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation activities, and related configuration changes.
  • Support DDI modernization and migration initiatives, including transition activities to global DDI platforms.
  • Perform system administration, patching, upgrades, and configuration maintenance across DDI environments.
  • Leverage monitoring and operational tools to ensure service health, availability, and compliance with established service levels.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support problem management activities for critical incidents.
  • Act as a technical SME and collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and operational teams to implement DNS/DHCP changes and support technical initiatives.
  • Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a 24x7 operational environment when required.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) environments.
  • Hands‑on experience administering and troubleshooting DNS and DHCP services in enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation, and related configuration activities.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking concepts and experience troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Experience working with Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Hands‑on experience using Linux/Unix command‑line environments.
  • Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and service disruptions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with BlueCat DDI solutions and migration activities.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services in Microsoft environments.
  • Familiarity with DDI monitoring and operational tools such as ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, Splunk, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of DNS security concepts and best practices.
  • Experience working in mixed operating system environments, including Linux, Unix, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Cloud and/or Security certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale global infrastructure or 24x7 operational environments.
  • Exposure to networking technologies and platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, BlueCat, Infoblox, or Microsoft networking solutions.
