INFUSE Academy seeks a Graphic Designer who leads with clarity and communicates through imagery, distilling dense concepts into visuals that learners understand at a glance.

You will translate instructional content into storyboard visuals, design static graphics and course assets, and collaborate with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives. You will co-create with AI tools to accelerate output and push creative boundaries.

Formación

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with data visualization: charts, infographics, diagrams that inform rather than decorate.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools -- you follow what is happening, you experiment, and you actively look for ways to co-create with AI.
• Attention to detail and the self-organization to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Translate instructional content into visual concepts and storyboards.
• Design static graphics, infographics, and course assets that carry meaning on their own.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to find the best visual angle for every learning objective.
• Co-create with AI tools as a real part of your design process -- bringing new ideas, accelerating output, and pushing what is possible.
