Job summary

ZS is seeking an experienced Insights & Analytics professional in Argentina to develop advanced statistical algorithms and ML solutions for client projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, mentorship of associates, and contribution to thought leadership in a hybrid work environment.

The candidate should hold a PhD or Master’s with significant post-graduate experience, possess strong quantitative skills, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

PhD in CS/Statistics or MSc with 5+ years of experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Knowledge of big data and algorithms (text mining, recommender systems, etc.).
Proficiency in Java/Python/R.
Experience with Hadoop, AWS, or databases.
Agile project planning experience.
Client interaction and leading teams.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced statistically efficient algorithms for high-dimensional problems.
Apply ML and data mining techniques to identify trends and insights.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to communicate results effectively.
Assess emerging datasets and technologies for analytical platforms.
Create assets to enable scalable analytics.
Support thought leadership through research and publications.
Mentor Associate team members.
