AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable data pipelines on the Databricks platform.

You will collaborate with product teams to deliver data products for Fortune 500 brands and startups. You will architect robust data architectures, implement best practices in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IaC, and help ensure high availability, performance, and secure data access at scale.

Formación

• 3 years of software development experience with modern practices.
• Hands-on Databricks platform experience, Unity Catalog, notebooks and pipelines.
• Experience administering RDS Postgres/Aurora and SQL Server.
• Proficiency with cloud tech: AWS, serverless, event-driven architecture, microservices.
• Strong SDLC knowledge: design patterns, code reviews, CI/CD, IaC.
• Demonstrated record of working in Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps in distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code following best practices.
• Diagnose and fix production issues and optimize pipelines.
• Collaborate with the lead to discuss design decisions and mitigate risks.
• Build scalable data pipelines and enterprise-grade components on Databricks.
• Contribute to distributed software delivery with Agile/Scrum methods.
