Job summary

Chevron Corp. seeks an experienced Data Migration Lead to steer planning and execution of a complex migration program for a global client in the automotive sector.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and establish controls to ensure a smooth transition to the target system. This role requires strong English communication, availability in UTC 9:00–17:00, and hands-on delivery across extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; SAP S/4HANA migrations preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
