Aon is seeking a data governance professional to lead the Data Governance and Data Quality agenda for strategic data assets with high business relevance. Hybrid work from our LATAM offices, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will translate business needs into practical data quality rules, support trusted data usage, and help ensure data assets are well documented and reusable across LatAm.

Formación

• Verifiable experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Management
• Ability to move comfortably between business conversations and hands-on collaboration with technical teams
• Experience with data profiling, issue investigation, and root cause analysis
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience working with metadata, business definitions, quality rules, and governance controls
• Exposure to Databricks, Alation, or similar data/governance platforms is a plus
• Advanced English

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Data Governance and Data Quality agenda for Strategic Data Assets with high business relevance
• Partner with business stakeholders, Data Stewards, and technical teams to refine Critical Data Elements, improve metadata, and support trusted data usage
• Perform and guide data profiling, root cause analysis, exception analysis, and issue management
• Translate business needs into practical data quality rules, thresholds, and measurable controls
• Help ensure data assets are well documented, reusable, and aligned to governance standards
• Contribute to scalable, governed data solutions across LatAm
