AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Data Engineer 2 to join a dynamic team focused on data integration for sports and entertainment. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines using a modern stack, transforming data with dbt and orchestrating end-to-end workflows into Snowflake.

You will own ETL/ELT from diverse sources, participate in architecture decisions, and contribute to learning and growth within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on data engineering or analytics engineering experience.
• Snowflake: strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture.
• dbt: proficiency with dbt for modular transformation, macro development, testing, and documentation.
• Azure Data Factory: experience creating, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting pipelines.
• SQL & Modeling: advanced SQL and dimensional data modeling.
• Python & Cloud Storage: Python scripting and familiarity with Azure storage patterns.
• Analytics Engineering / DevOps: Git, CI/CD for data code, automated testing.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines from cloud and on-premises sources into Snowflake using Azure Data Factory.
• Translate business requirements into ELT workflows and in-warehouse transformations with dbt.
• Build, test, and document scalable data models and transformations on Snowflake.
• Monitor, schedule, and optimize pipelines and dbt runs for data freshness.
• Implement dimensional data models (Star/Snowflake) for Snowflake performance and cost efficiency.
