AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep Data Cloud expertise to design scalable customer data solutions and power intelligent engagement across platforms. This role focuses on data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation workflows, leveraging SQL, Apex, and API integrations.

The candidate will collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into durable technical designs, while staying current with Salesforce Data Cloud

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation concepts.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce platform integration patterns.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data transformation skills.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise integration architectures.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions spanning data streams, data model mapping, identity resolution, data harmonization, calculated insights, and segmentation.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal or external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL patterns.
• Partner with business, product, and architecture teams to translate customer data and activation requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize activation workflows that connect Data Cloud audiences and insights to downstream systems.
• Support data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices across customer data platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform, data ingestion, and activation issues, and recommend durable improvements.
• Document technical designs, data flows, and operational runbooks.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud features, release updates, and implementation best practices.
