AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to connect customer data and campaign execution across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will build journeys, automations, and segmentation logic to power omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, and other channels.

Strong SQL and API skills are essential, with proven delivery on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and 4+ years on the Salesforce platform. Excellent communication and upper-intermediate English are required.

• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven delivery with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong development skills in SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and Salesforce customization.
• Experience with segmentation logic, profile data strategy, and cross-channel campaign enablement.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration; English level is upper-intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop Data Cloud capabilities, including ingestion, profile unification, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
• Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and customer communication workflows.
• Enable omnichannel use cases using integrated customer data across email, mobile, and other engagement channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design campaign-ready data models and activation strategies.
• Develop reusable integration services and monitor platform interoperability.
• Support campaign testing, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure platform solutions align with security, compliance, and customer data governance requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to platform development best practices.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven delivery experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong development skills in SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and Salesforce platform customization.
• Experience with segmentation logic, profile data strategy, and cross-channel campaign enablement.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems and customer data strategy.
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Platform Developer, or related areas.
• Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and CI/CD for Salesforce environments.
