Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with data-focused programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivery.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of data-focused programs from inception to closure.
• Bridge cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure delivery quality.
• Spot risks and dependencies and craft mitigation plans.
• Deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coach and support team members to foster high performance.
