Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Mendoza, Argentina to support on-site infrastructure at our data center facilities. This full-time role requires hands-on hardware, cabling, and environmental monitoring with on-call rotation.

The successful candidate will install and maintain servers and networking gear, document assets, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams while ensuring reliability, security, and continuous uptime in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Comfort with on-call rotations and shift differentials.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
• Data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Server hardware and networking knowledge.
• Reliable and professional with strong communication.
• Proximity to local data center facilities.
• Flexible schedule for on-call/emergency work.
