3+ years in data center operations and strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required; ability to lift 50 lbs and work

- Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
- Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
