Reboot Monkey in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining server and network infrastructure in a world-class data center environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on data center or IT infrastructure experience, solid server hardware and networking knowledge, and reliable communication. Proximity to local facilities and a flexible on-call schedule are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

About The Role

Compensation & Benefits

$25,000,000-36,000,000/year (ARS annual)

Work Schedule

• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable
