AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, model XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified profiles.

Collaborating with marketing and analytics, you will build robust data ingestion pipelines, orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO, and ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Proven hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Upper-intermediate English language.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing heavily on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define and configure identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross-channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across various marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. Partnering with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation is central here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering .
• Proven hands‑on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) .
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design .
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints) and data integration strategies .
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and building unified customer profiles .
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL ) and an understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with other Adobe ecosystem tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics).
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or general cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Previous experience migrating legacy DMP or marketing automation platforms into AEP.
• Adobe certifications in RTCDP or AJO.
