Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the HR Ops team in a hybrid Buenos Aires setting. You will translate business requests into actionable insights, ensure data quality, and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders, communicate findings clearly, and contribute to governance of HR metrics. Confidentiality and compliance are essential.
