Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitoring security events and alerts across client environments to identify threats and unusual activity.
• Investigating incidents by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and escalating issues based on severity and impact.
• Performing initial triage of security tickets, validating symptoms, and routing items to the appropriate response path.
• Reviewing endpoint, network, and cloud logs to support incident analysis and vulnerability assessment activities.
• Applying cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and control requirements when handling operational security tasks.
• Supporting containment and recovery actions for security incidents under senior guidance.
• Recording case details, status updates, and remediation steps in ticketing and monitoring tools.
• Contributing to security monitoring routines, regulatory response activities, and privacy compliance tasks across managed service engagements.
