Fever is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to join our Marketing & Growth team in Buenos Aires. You will lead the strategic vision for high-impact creative campaigns across multiple global markets, bridging audience insights with business goals to build scalable frameworks that drive performance-driven content execution.

You will collaborate with design and video teams to turn ideas into polished assets, manage core stakeholder relationships, and translate analytics into actionable optimization

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, strategic planning, or brand strategy in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Proven expertise in 360º campaign conceptualization, brief creation, and multi-platform digital execution.
• Strong leadership capabilities with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and creative vision.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up culture.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with clear communication.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires

Responsabilidades

• Act as the strategic lead on high-impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple markets.
• Own end-to-end development of creative 360 strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Translate strategic insights into briefs for multimedia production.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce polished, performance-driven assets.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, presenting and defending creative strategies.
• Design scalable methodologies and frameworks for systematic campaign planning.
• Lead ideation sessions with production partners.
• Evaluate campaign performance and derive optimization learnings.
