Job summary

NETZET is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to turn insights into ad concepts that convert. You’ll lead creative testing across multiple eCommerce accounts, guiding strategy, experimentation, and content that performs as well as it looks.

This is a fully remote, full-time role for candidates in the US/Canada, working with creators, editors, designers, and managers to develop, test, and scale winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and other paid socials.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience (eCommerce preferred).
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads on TikTok and Meta.
• Solid grasp of copy, hooks, framing, pacing, storytelling in paid social.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and plan structured tests to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
