Responsibilities

• Review client files to identify assets, specs, and campaign needs.
• Own projects from intake to completion with clear tracking of deliverables and deadlines.
• Create trafficking sheets, rotation docs, and instruction materials for local TV and digital placements.
• Develop and maintain clear client communications to confirm specs and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure instructions are complete and actionable.
