Syneos Health in Buenos Aires is seeking a Corporate Support Intern to assist with essential office operations at our Nuñez office. This 100% onsite internship requires morning availability and a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.

English level: intermediate/advanced. You will help with access control, visitor management, meeting support, invoicing, courier handling, and parking inquiries while learning about corporate services in a fast-paced healthcare

Responsabilidades

• Manage access and credentials for new users in office systems.
• Coordinate office visits for suppliers and staff.
• Communicate with building staff for access notifications and approvals.
• Support meetings and events: manage room bookings and catering.
• Process invoices and payments for courier and delivery services.
• Assist reception with corporate VISA card handling and document management.
• Support employee onboarding for mail delivery and parking queries.

Because we know that when we bring together smart colleagues from across the world, we can shape the future of healthcare, driving impact for customers and defining the pace of patient progress.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsabilidades:Gestión de accesos y credenciales : alta de nuevos usuarios en los sistemas correspondientes, seguimiento de activaciones pendientes y entrega de credenciales físicas y digitales.Administración de visitas a Syneos : ingreso y acompañamiento a proveedores y visitas que accedan a la oficina.Comunicación con el staff del Edificio C.E.L.: comunicación con el staff correspondiente para notificaciones y autorizaciones de acceso según procedimiento del Edificio para el ingreso de proveedores, empleados sin credenciales y visitas al piso 16°.Soporte a reuniones y eventos : revisión de reservas de salas para coordinar los servicios de cafetería, catering o el aseo correspondiente entre reuniones. El recurso coordina estas necesidades y lo ejecuta el proveedor asignado de los servicios de limpieza.Imputación de facturas: imputación e ingreso a circuito de pago de los proveedores de Courier (Ocasa y FedEx doméstico), mensajería en moto y remises.Soporte en la recepción y envío de correspondencia : recepción de tarjetas de crédito VISA corporativa a los empleados y seguimiento hasta la entrega. Recepción y entrega de la documentación recibida. Asistencia a los empleados para el alta de perfiles para envíos de correspondencia por Courier.Soporte y asistencia en el uso de cocheras: gestión de altas vehiculares para el uso de las cocheras asignadas a Syneos dentro del edificio y atención de consultas de los empleados relacionadas con el estacionamiento interno.(Para todos estos procedimientos se cuenta con instructivos y guías de uso que facilitan la capacitación y el aprendizaje de las tareas indicadas.)Requisitos :Ser estudiante universitario, de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, o a fines.Tener disponibilidad por la mañana para realizar la pasantía.Contar con un año de disponibilidad para la pasantía.La modalidad es 100% presencial, por lo que los candidatos tienen que poder asistir a la oficina ubicada en Nuñez.Inglés: intermedio / avanzado.Contar con buenas habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
