Syneos Health Sr Product Manager will translate and prioritize business needs into technical requirements, then drive product development across teams. You will clearly communicate with non-technical clients and stakeholders, lead cross-functional collaboration, and manage change across initiatives.

You will partner with engineers to draft scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment and adoption of solutions with internal and external clients.

• Work with engineers to draft requirements, statements of work, budget estimates, scope definitions, timelines, and supplier line-ups.
• Set up tools and processes to facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
• Work with internal and external clients on identifying unresolved business needs to guide the team's product strategy.
• Build and develop relationships with internal and external partners.
