Accenture seeks a corporate development professional in Buenos Aires to identify acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic priorities and lead origination activities. You will manage due diligence, deal structuring and negotiations, and develop business cases, valuations and investment scenarios to support strategic outcomes.

• Manage end-to-end corporate development process with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop integration plans to onboard acquired companies.
• Maintain relationships with the V&A ecosystem including investment bankers, PE funds and third-party advisors.

Descripción del empleo

Identify acquisition opportunities consistent with strategic priorities. Conduct origination activities for identified priorities, leveraging market intelligence to develop target lists and working with business sponsors to prioritize. Lead deal structuring, due-diligence and negotiating efforts using expertise in the development of business cases, business valuations and investment scenario modelling. Manage the end-to-end corporate development process with internal and external stakeholders. Develop operating models and integration plans to enable the onboarding of acquired companies. Maintain strong relationships with the V&A ecosystem, including key investment bankers, Private Equity funds and third-party advisors.
