Kraken's Core Infrastructure – Platforms team is seeking an Infrastructure/Platform/DevOps Engineer to help evolve and scale our OpenStack-based foundation used across on-prem and cloud workloads.

You will collaborate with SRE, Networking and Security, gain hands-on experience with Nova, Neutron, Ironic and Ceph, and contribute to automation, runbooks, and on-call support to maintain a reliable platform for engineering teams.

Formación

• 3+ years in Infrastructure/Platform/DevOps or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach to resolving compute/storage requests.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack private cloud or Ceph storage platforms.
• Solid Linux systems knowledge; shell, processes, networking, filesystems.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, ports, IP addressing, TLS, PKI concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience across OpenStack platform operations (Nova, Neutron, Ironic).
• Learn Ceph architecture, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Handle feature requests and support tickets for OpenStack and Storage systems.
• Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack.
• Contribute to automation and runbooks to improve team efficiency.
