Job summary

Accenture is looking for a Controllership Senior Analyst to support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting operations in a global environment. You will work with Finance stakeholders across functions and contribute to statutory reporting and close processes.

Ideal candidates pursue a degree in Accounting/Finance and have 1-2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, Controllership, or related areas.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting processes, and internal controls.
• Understanding of Argentine accounting regulations and local tax legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with financial data and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support global and local financial reporting activities, including statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy of financial information.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Support accounting transactions and processes under US GAAP and local statutory frameworks.
• Assist with accounting policy interpretation and implementation.
• Support internal control activities and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to support complex transactions and integrations related to M&A.
• Prepare materials and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including audits.
• Participate in billing, cash management, accounts receivable, and other operational finance processes.
• Assist with tax compliance activities and interactions with local regulations.
• Analyze financial information to identify issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
