WeWork Argentina SRL is seeking a Community Associate to be the primary face of the community and to support the Community Management team. You will report to your building to help ensure the community runs smoothly and remains welcoming for members.

You will drive events and member engagement while supporting building operations such as mail handling and guest sign-in. Strong English and hospitality experience help you excel in member relations at WeWork.

Formación

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient in English.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact. Greet members and guests with a warm demeanor.
• Support Events and Membership Engagement by coordinating programming and communicating with members.
• Assist Building Operations and Management: mail handling, keys, and access control.
