Placements24 is seeking a Community Engagement Officer to strengthen ties between the organization and Sandton's diverse communities. You will design and implement engagement strategies, run meetings, and represent the organization at events to boost participation and understanding of initiatives.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with stakeholders across Gauteng to gather feedback and improve service delivery, with a focus on impactful community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and engagement best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Sandton area and its community landscape is beneficial.
