Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a creative and detail-oriented student to support its Internal Communications team. You will help edit visual assets, banners, and presentations, as well as produce short videos for internal campaigns.

You’ll also assist with event logistics and ensure brand-consistent communications across channels. Assignment is on premise, offering exposure to global stakeholders and real-world communications projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia/Audiovisual Design, Human Resources or related fields.
• Experience with visual editing and digital content creation is a plus.
• Strong eye for visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support visual editing and development of internal communication materials (banners, presentations, emails, Viva Engage content).
• Create and edit short videos and audiovisual content for internal campaigns and events.
• Assist with logistics of town halls and business meetings.
• Ensure materials align with Pfizer brand guidelines and improve engagement.

Provide support to the Internal Communications team in the creation, editing, and optimization of visual assets and digital content, helping to increase colleague engagement with internal initiatives and contributing to strategic, engaging, and business-aligned communications.

You will participate in different activities to:

• Support the visual editing and development of internal communication materials, including banners, presentations, email communications, Viva Engage content, and other assets.
• Create and edit short videos, reels, and audiovisual content for internal campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Support and look after the logistics of town halls and business meetings.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with Pfizer brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Propose creative ideas to improve the visualization, clarity, and engagement of communications.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in: Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia / Audiovisual Design, Human Resources or Other related fields.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of

• Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Video editing tools such as Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
• Creating engaging and impactful presentations.
• Audio editing and video subtitling.
