Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an energetic Communications Designer to support internal communications by creating and editing visual content across multiple channels. The role includes developing banners, presentations, emails, and Viva Engage assets, and producing short videos for campaigns and events.

You will also assist with town hall logistics, ensure brand consistency, and contribute creative ideas to improve clarity and engagement for colleagues across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, design, or related field.
• Experience creating visual assets for internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the visual editing and development of internal communication materials, including banners, presentations, email communications, and Viva Engage content.
• Create and edit short videos, reels, and audiovisual content for internal campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Assist with logistics for town halls and business meetings.

Provide support to the Internal Communications team in the creation, editing, and optimization of visual assets and digital content, helping to increase colleague engagement with internal initiatives and contributing to strategic, engaging, and business-aligned communications.

You will participe in different activities to:

• Support the visual editing and development of internal communication materials, including banners, presentations, email communications, Viva Engage content, and other assets.
• Create and edit short videos, reels, and audiovisual content for internal campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
• Support and look after the logistics of town halls and business meetings.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with Pfizer brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Propose creative ideas to improve the visualization, clarity, and engagement of communications.

Education

• Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia / Audiovisual Design, Human Resources or Other related fields

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of:

• Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Video editing tools such as Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
• Creating engaging and impactful presentations.
• Audio editing and video subtitling.
