Medtronic Córdoba, Argentina, is seeking a Health Sales professional to drive product promotion and build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors. The role involves regional travel, market analysis, and collaboration with R&D and marketing to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a health-related degree, has 2 years of health sales experience, and can engage surgeons and healthcare teams effectively.

Formación

• University degree in a health-related field.
• Two years of sales experience in health care (public/private and distributors).
• Experience entering operating rooms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes and markets Medtronic products and services within assigned geographic area and specific accounts.
• Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues drivers, needs assessment, and product services to maximize benefits of Medtronic products.
• Promotes product training and market research activities including customer and competitor insights.
• Develops market plans/strategies and adjusts as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new or modified products to internal stakeholders (R&D, operations, Marketing).

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:

• Promueve y comercializa productos y servicios dentro de un área geográfica asignada y cuentas de cliente específico o para cumplir o exceder los objetivos de ventas de Medtronic
• Responsable de desarrollar, construir y fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo con las partes interesadas incluyendo distribuidores y profesionales de la salud
• Responsable de perseguir conductores, evaluación de necesidades y prestación de servicios de producto para maximizar los beneficios derivan de productos o servicios de Medtronic
• Promueve y establece la formación de productos o servicios de la empresa. Realiza investigaciones de mercado, incluyendo las actividades de los clientes y competidores
• Instrumentos de mercado planes/estrategias de desarrollo y cambios según sea necesario
• Comunica el feedback de los clientes sobre nuevos productos o modificaciones a productos existentes o aplicaciones a los interesados internos incluyendo R&D, operaciones y Marketing

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

• Carrera universitaria concluida como Instrumentador Quirúrgico, Licenciatura en Enfermería y/ o carrera a fin al campo de la salud
• Dos años de experiencia relevante en ventas en sector salud (público, privado y trabajando con distribuidores)
• Experiencia entrando a quirófano
• Disponibilidad de Viajar
• Excelente relacionamiento con Profesionales de la Salud, Instituciones y Obras Sociales
• Se valora si cuenta con experiencia en portafolios de dispositivos médicos en Suturas, mallas, energía, grapeo y accesos, portafolio de Endoscopia, Monitorio y Respiratorio
• Ubicación física: Córdoba, Argentina
