Baker Hughes, a global energy technology company, seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators and drilling contractors to deliver high-value solutions.

Responsibilities include outlining technical solutions, delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta) and managing technical sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
