AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend.

You will lead, mentor, and motivate engineers, drive architectural decisions, ensure scalable, robust RESTful services, and partner on product outcomes. The role requires 6+ years in Java/Spring Boot and Angular, Kafka experience, OOAD/DDD, and strong database skills with PostgreSQL or Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with mentoring juniors
• 6+ years of Java (Spring Boot) and Angular
• Hands-on Kafka experience
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness
• Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design and bounded contexts
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle; with JPA/Hibernate
